    1  can red enchilada sauce
    1 cup cheddar cheese
    1 cup pepper-jack cheese

Preheat broiler to 375 degrees F. Take 2 heating sheets and spread them with non-stick shower. Place 3 tortillas on every preparing sheet. Place in the stove and heat for 5 minutes, deliberately flip tortillas over while they're still in the broiler (*don't smolder yourself please*) and afterward prepare an additional 5 minutes to fresh on the other side. You need tortillas a slight brilliant shading and firm. Expel from broiler and put aside.

In the interim, cook the ground meat in an expansive skillet over medium-high warmth. . Heat mixture to the point of boiling, then diminish warmth to medium-low. Mix and stew for 10 minutes..

In a microwave-safe dish, warm the refried beans until warmed through. Spread a slim layer of beans on one tortilla. Top with 1/3 of the meat mixture. Place another tortilla on top of the meat. Spread 3 Tablespoons of enchilada sauce on top of the top tortilla. Sprinkle with some cheddar and pepper-jack cheddar. Include a couple of dices of tomato, green onion and olives.

Rehash process with the remaining tortillas.
